Red Rooster Quilts Shipping Information
International Orders: The shipping calculated on your order is based upon domestic rates. International shipping may be more. We strive to use the cheapest method possible which is usually USPS Flat Rate International Envelopes. We can fit up to 6 yards of fabric in these envelopes. The average cost to you for this shipping is $14.99. If you would like to know the exact shipping, please note that in the box when you checkout and we will email you with the details.
Please do not ask us to mark sending a gift or lower the actual price of your order on international orders. We will list the exact cost of your purchase on the international forms.
We ship most orders via the USPS priority mail. Our minimum is $6.00 for the flat rate envelope. We use this service as we get delivery confirmation. Some orders of 1 yard or less of fabric or one pattern will be sent First Class and your shipping costs will be adjusted down accordingly.
We strive to ship all orders within two days of receiving them. We will e-mail you if we have any questions or are out of an item you ordered.
We will not substitute an item unless you specifically indicate that you want us to.
We make every attempt to keep our web site current but note that we are a brick and mortar store and may have sold something before we could get it removed from our web site.
